One platform for the entire equipment service lifecycle.
BusinessOps360 carries a customer from first quotation through installation, service and AMC renewal — on one record, with nothing re-keyed between sales and service. Purpose-built for UPS, power distribution and industrial equipment businesses.
- Warranty
- AMC covered
- Chargeable
Built for businesses that sell equipment and then have to service it
Three modules that behave like one system
Each module is a complete piece of your operation — not a feature checkbox. They work on their own, and they hand work to each other inside the same record.
CRM Sales
lead → quote → order → invoice
Your entire pre-sales motion in one pipeline, ending in a tax invoice that quietly creates the customer's installed base for you.
- Lead and opportunity pipeline with owner, stage and value
- Multi-line quotations with configurable approval thresholds
- One-click quotation → sales order → GST tax invoice
- Invoicing automatically creates the serial-tracked asset record
- Follow-up and expiry reminders so quotes don't go cold
Service ERP
request → dispatch → FSR → bill
The operational core. Every service request is attached to a real serial-numbered asset in your installed base, so coverage, history and billing are never a guess.
- Service requests raised from portal, phone or the sales team
- Serial-tracked installed base with warranty dates on every asset
- Billing type resolved automatically — warranty, AMC or chargeable
- Engineer scheduling with a live dispatch board
- Field Service Reports with parts, labour and dual signatures
Service Sales
contracts · PM schedules · renewals
Where recurring revenue is actually managed. Quote an AMC, activate it, and the preventive-maintenance calendar builds itself.
- AMC and CMC quotations with their own approval workflow
- Activation generates the full preventive-maintenance schedule
- Upfront or milestone invoicing raised on conversion
- Coverage checked automatically on every incoming request
- Renewal reminders raised before a contract lapses
Three apps, so nobody has to sit at a desk
The same platform, shaped for whoever is holding the phone — the engineer on site, your customer, and your own team between meetings.
BO360 Field
for engineers, on site
Built for basements, plant rooms and rural sites — the places where the signal drops and the paperwork usually starts.
- Today's jobs, route and full customer context on the phone
- Works offline — capture on site, sync when signal returns
- Photos, meter readings, parts consumed and labour hours
- Engineer and customer signatures captured on the device
- Job closed on site — no evening paperwork, no re-keying
BO360 Care
for your customers, web & mobile
A self-service front door for the people who buy from you — on the web from any browser, and as an app on their phone.
- Raise and track service requests without picking up the phone
- Full equipment list with live warranty and AMC status
- Service history with downloadable Field Service Reports
- Quotations, contracts and invoices in one place
- Branded and served on your own subdomain
BO360 Desk
for your team, on a mobile screen
The internal workspace, sized for a phone — so sales execs, coordinators and managers can act on things between meetings instead of after them.
- The web workspace, laid out properly for a mobile screen
- Pipeline, quotations and approvals from wherever you are
- Open service requests and today's dispatch at a glance
- Approve a quote or an AMC without opening a laptop
- Same login, same permissions, same data — no second system
The handovers happen with a few clicks
Most teams lose days at the seams — sales to service, service to renewals. Here each stage hands straight to the next inside one record, so nothing gets retyped and nothing falls between two teams.
Quote
Opportunity becomes a multi-line quotation. Approval thresholds apply automatically, and follow-ups are scheduled for you.
Order & invoice
An accepted quote converts to a sales order, then a GST tax invoice — with no line items retyped anywhere.
Install
The invoice creates the serial-tracked asset and raises the installation service request. Warranty dates start themselves.
Service
Every later request lands on that asset. Coverage is resolved, an engineer is dispatched, and the FSR closes on site.
Renew
Activating an AMC builds the preventive-maintenance calendar and schedules renewal reminders before cover lapses.
What actually changes
Not a productivity claim — just the specific things that stop happening once sales, service and renewals share one record.
Running it on spreadsheets
- ✕ Nobody is sure which serial number is under warranty and which isn't
- ✕ Engineers write the job on paper, then someone types it in again
- ✕ AMC renewals are found the month after they lapsed
- ✕ Customers phone the coordinator to ask where their engineer is
- ✕ Chargeable work gets done and quietly never gets billed
- ✕ Service history lives in three inboxes and one person's memory
Running it on BusinessOps360
- ✓ Coverage is resolved by the system the moment a request is raised
- ✓ The engineer closes the job on the phone, offline if needed
- ✓ Renewals surface with enough notice to actually sell them
- ✓ Customers check status themselves in the portal
- ✓ Chargeable jobs arrive at invoicing automatically
- ✓ Every asset carries its own full history, permanently
Built for how service businesses really run
The things underneath the modules — the parts you only notice when they're missing.
Your own subdomain
Multi-tenant by design — every business gets an isolated, branded workspace on its own address, like yourcompany.businessops360.com, configured to its own process.
Pay per module, not per user
Turn on the modules you need. Adding a coordinator or a field engineer shouldn't come with a bill attached.
Role-based access & audit
Eleven distinct roles across sales, service, field and finance. Every record change is attributable, with a full audit trail.
Dashboards everyone reads and acts on
Pipeline value, SLA breaches, engineer utilisation and renewal exposure — surfaced to the person who can actually do something about each one, not just to the owner.
Offline-first field app for engineers
Basements and plant rooms don't have signal. BO360 Field captures the whole job locally and syncs cleanly the moment it reconnects.
Customer care app
BO360 Care gives your customers a self-service front door — requests, equipment, warranty status and history — on the web and on their phone.
Priced by module, not per user
Most platforms in this space charge per seat, which quietly punishes you for hiring field engineers. We price by the modules you switch on, so your bill tracks what you use rather than how many people you employ.
Prices exclude GST. Monthly billing also available.
Straight answers
Is BusinessOps360 live yet?
We're onboarding pilot customers today and production go-live is close behind. That means you get a working platform plus direct access to the team building it — and real influence over what ships next. It also means we'd rather show you the product on a call than have you sign up blind.
Do we have to move everything at once?
No. Most teams start with one module — usually Service ERP or CRM Sales — and add the others as they settle. Because the modules share one data spine, adding the next one is a switch, not a migration.
What happens to the data we already have?
Customers, products, serial numbers, running AMCs and open jobs can all be imported. Data migration and onboarding are part of the engagement, not a separate line item.
Does the field app really work without signal?
Yes. BO360 Field holds the engineer's assigned jobs on the device, and photos, readings, parts, labour hours and both signatures are all captured locally. When the phone reconnects, everything syncs and the job closes properly on the server.
Is this an inventory or full ERP system?
Deliberately not. We track a light installed base — what you sold, its serial number, where it's installed and what's covered — without asking you to run warehouse and stock-ledger processes you don't need. If you already have accounting or inventory software, this sits alongside it.
Where is our data stored?
In India, on infrastructure we control, with role-based access and a full audit trail. Handling of consent, retention and access requests is designed against India's DPDP Act.
