Everything BusinessOps360 actually does.
Three modules that run your sales, service and renewals on one record — and three apps that put the right slice of it in front of the engineer, the customer and your own team, wherever they are. Here's each one, properly.
Three modules that behave like one system
Each is a complete piece of your operation — not a feature checkbox. They work on their own, and they hand work to each other inside the same record.
Win the deal without retyping it four times
CRM Sales runs the whole pre-sales motion — the lead, the opportunity, the multi-line quotation, the approval, the sales order and the GST tax invoice — as one continuous record rather than four documents someone rekeys between.
The invoice is the last step of the sale and the first step of the service relationship. So that's where we create the asset record.
- Pipeline that reflects reality. Leads and opportunities carry an owner, a stage and a value, so the forecast is something you read rather than assemble.
- Quotations with real line items. Products, service lines, quantities and tax handled properly — with approval thresholds applied automatically above a value you set.
- One-click conversion. Quotation becomes sales order becomes tax invoice. Nothing is retyped, so nothing drifts between the three.
- The installed base builds itself. Raising the invoice creates the serial-tracked asset against that customer, with warranty dates derived from installation.
- Nothing goes quiet by accident. Follow-up reminders and quote-expiry alerts surface before the opportunity has gone cold.

Service ERP is the operational core. Every request is attached to a specific serial-numbered machine in the installed base, which is how the system can resolve warranty, AMC or chargeable at the moment the request is raised — before a human has to go looking.
Most service software asks who the customer is. This one asks which machine — and everything else follows from that.
- Requests land on a machine, not a name. Raised from BO360 Care, a phone call or the sales team, each one is bound to the exact unit and its history.
- Coverage resolved automatically. Warranty dates and active contracts are checked on creation, so billing type is decided once and consistently.
- A live dispatch board. Every engineer, every job and every unassigned request on one screen — reassign at nine rather than apologise at five.
- Field Service Reports that close on site. Fault, parts, labour, readings, photos and both signatures captured on the phone, offline if the site demands it.
- Chargeable work stops leaking. Closed billable jobs arrive at invoicing priced from the FSR, instead of waiting for somebody to remember.

Service Sales is where AMC and CMC contracts are quoted, approved, activated, invoiced and renewed. Activating a contract is the moment the preventive-maintenance calendar for every covered asset gets built — you don't schedule it, the contract does.
An AMC that lapses quietly is worse than one you lost on price. This module's whole job is making sure that never happens silently.
- Contract quotations in their own right. AMC and CMC quotes with coverage scope, asset lists and an approval workflow separate from equipment sales.
- Activation builds the PM calendar. Every covered asset gets its scheduled visits generated on conversion, spread across the contract term.
- Invoicing on conversion. Upfront or milestone billing raised when the contract goes live, not chased afterwards.
- Coverage feeds the service desk. Every incoming request checks against live contracts, which is what makes automatic billing-type resolution possible.
- Renewals surface early. Reminders are raised while there's still time to sell the renewal, rather than after cover has lapsed.

The same platform and the same permissions, shaped for whoever is holding the phone — the engineer on site, your customer, and your own team between meetings.
Built for the basement, not the office
BO360 Field is what the engineer actually holds. Today's jobs, the route, the customer, the machine and its entire service history are on the phone before they leave — and the report is finished before they get back in the van.
Plant rooms, basements and rural sites don't have signal. That's not an edge case in this industry, it's Tuesday.
- The day, on the phone. Assigned jobs with time, site, customer context and the full history of the specific unit being visited.
- Genuinely offline. Jobs are held on the device; parts, labour, readings, photos and signatures are all captured locally and synced when signal returns.
- Evidence, not recollection. Meter readings and photographs are attached to the asset, so the next engineer inherits what this one found.
- Both signatures, on device. Engineer first, then the customer — with a captured reason when the customer can't sign, instead of a blank field.
- Closed on site. The job finishes where it happened. No evening paperwork, no coordinator retyping a handwritten sheet the next morning.

BO360 Care is the self-service front door for the people who buy from you — in any browser and as an app on their phone, branded and served on your own subdomain. They see their own equipment, their own coverage and their own open jobs.
Every 'where's my engineer' phone call is a coordinator not dispatching. This is the cheapest hour you'll get back.
- Requests against a specific machine. The customer picks the unit from their own equipment list, so the request arrives already linked and already scoped.
- Their equipment, with live status. Every unit they own, its warranty position and whether an AMC currently covers it.
- Service history they can pull themselves. Past visits with downloadable Field Service Reports, instead of an email request to your team.
- Commercials in one place. Quotations, contracts and invoices visible without another phone call to accounts.
- Your brand, your subdomain. It reads as your customer portal, because that's what it is.

BO360 Desk is the internal workspace sized for a phone. Not a cut-down second system — the same login, the same permissions, the same data, laid out so a manager between meetings can act on the thing blocking someone else.
A quote sitting unapproved because the person who signs it is in a car is a solved problem, and it shouldn't need a laptop to solve.
- What needs you, first. Pending quote approvals, AMC renewals and escalations at the top, rather than buried in a desktop layout squeezed onto a phone.
- Approve or query in place. Act on a quotation or a contract without opening anything else.
- The service day at a glance. Open requests, today's dispatch and anything approaching an SLA breach.
- Pipeline on the move. Opportunities, quotations and follow-ups between customer visits.
- No second system. Same account, same role-based permissions, same records — just a layout that fits in a hand.

If you sell equipment
- CRM Sales runs the pipeline and the paperwork
- The invoice creates the installed-base record for you
- BO360 Desk keeps approvals moving off-desk
If you service it afterwards
- Service ERP dispatches, tracks and closes the job
- BO360 Field captures it on site, signal or not
- BO360 Care stops customers phoning for status
If you live on renewals
- Service Sales quotes and activates the contract
- The PM calendar builds itself on activation
- Renewals surface before cover lapses, not after
